Your layback is goals. Do you spin in both directions in practice? Also I’ve always wondered why/how you sort of bend and reach to the ice before entering some of your combo spins? Does that help your balance/centering?

Hi Adam! Big fan of your skating! My question for you is if you could change any rule under the current judging system, what would you change? Do you think there's anything that's not rewarded enough?

Your "Arrival of the Birds" program is one of my absolute favorites of all time and one of the very few that can bring me to tears no matter how many times I watch it. It's the one I show people when I want them to understand just how powerful and moving a figure skating performance can be!

HI ADAM! My question is what's your best workout for gettin those QUADS?

Hey Adam! I'm also 27, but I just started learning how to skate this year. How do you get past the fear of falling? I haven't had any major falls yet, but my skating friends' injuries include a sprained wrist, a dislocated knee, and a concussion (this is the first year skating for all of us). I can deal with sprained wrists and stuff, but head injuries are scary.

Do you have any thoughts/recommendations on head protection? Do you ever use head protection?
